Pool Service Technician
East Valley, AZ · Part-Time or Full-Time · Entry-Level WelcomeWhat You'll Do
- Travel to customer homes to perform weekly pool cleaning and chemical balancing
- Test and adjust water chemistry (training provided)
- Skim, brush, vacuum, and empty baskets
- Identify equipment issues and report findings to Roger
- Assist with equipment repairs and installations as you gain experience
- Represent Rogers Neighborhood Pools professionally with every customer interaction
What We're Looking For
- Reliable — you show up on time, every time
- Honest — if something's wrong, you say so
- Physically able to work outdoors in Arizona heat
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pool experience is a plus but not required — we'll train the right person
- Good with customers — friendly, professional, trustworthy
Compensation
Training Period (1–3 weeks): $20/hour. You'll shadow Roger, learn water chemistry, and get comfortable with the route before going solo. Training length depends on how quickly you're ready.
After Training — Commission: $13 per pool, working independently. Here's what that looks like across a day:
